Leonard was Country Leader of PricewaterhouseCoopers in Tanzania for 14 years from 2000-2014. Between 2012 and 2014 he also served as Head of Risk and Quality in the East Africa Market Area of PwC covering Kenya, Mauritius, Rwanda, Uganda, Tanzania and Zambia. He has several years of experience providing Assurance, Accounting and Consulting services to top tier companies in the country, including a power utility company, leading gold producer, leading telecommunication companies, top tier banks, insurance and beverage companies. He is currently a board member of the CEO Roundtable in Tanzania.

Jennifer is an agripreneur and a marketing expert committed towards making agriculture production a sustainable and profitable business through empowering smallholder farmers by improving access to market information and adapting to global best practices of agricultural value chains. She holds a Bachelor Degree in International Marketing from Baruch College, in the City of New York, USA. She is the recipient of the 2016 Women’s Award of Excellence in the Agribusiness Sector (MALKIA WA NGUVU) and a Winner for East Africa Young Business Leader of the Year of the 2017 All Africa Business Leaders Awards (AABLA).
HANS LEMM,

KILOMBERO VALLEY TEAK COMPANY
Hans will serve as CEO of the Kilombero Valley Teak Company, Africa’s largest private teak plantation, until the end of March 2019. On 1 April, he will become Group CEO of Green Resources, East Africa’s largest forest development and wood processing company. Hans has served as an non-executive director forestry businesses in South Africa (Cape Pine Investment Holdings) and Swaziland (Peak Timbers) and is a member of the Forest Working Group which advises the Tanzania National Business Council on matters related to forestry.

Manzi Rwegasira began his professional career as an investment banking analyst in the M&A department of Bank of America. He subsequently went on to work for Barclays in London doing M&A in the financial services sector. Before his current role as Head of Investment Banking at Stanbic Tanzania, he was the Senior Manager for Strategy and Special Projects at NMB. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Finance, both from the Rotterdam School of Management in The Netherlands.

Miranda Naiman is an ‘accidental entrepreneur’. Beginning her academic and professional career in theatre for development, in 2009 she founded Empower; a flourishing human capital consulting firm working in East Africa and beyond. She is a mother, writer, motivational speaker and an advocate for skills development.

Melkiory Ngido is an Associate Director and leader of Strategy and Operations service line at Deloitte Consulting Ltd, based in Dar es salaam. He has over 14 years’ experience working in the fields of operations optimization, finance transformation, financial and project Management, Strategy Development, and Industry Competitiveness analysis. Melkiory has deep experience in project design and set-up, and project implementation. He is Consumer and Industrial Product Industry leader for Deloitte East Africa and Finance Transformation service Leader for Deloitte in Tanzania.

Irene Kiwia is an accomplished entrepreneur, consultant and humanitarian whose career spans over 18 years in Business Management, Media, Public Relations, Communications, Women and Youth Empowerment. She is the Founder and CEO of Frontline Management, a management
firm that includes Frontline Porter Novelli, a PR and communication division that is a global partner of Porter Novelli the US-based PR leader owned by the communication conglomerate OMNICOM, and has a presence in over 85 countries. She also founded the Tanzania Women of Achievement (TWA) non profit that empowers women and girls through social and economic transformation.
ABRAHAM OKORE,

PACIFIC DIAGNOSTICS LTD
Abraham Okore is the Managing Director of Pacific Diagnostics Ltd. Over a decade he has lead the company through rapid growth with a focus on after-sales servicing, positioning Pacific as the largest diagnostics distributor in Tanzania. In recent years he has overseen Pacific’s expansion across East and West Africa. Mr. Okore is interested in developing an affordable healthcare system and financing environment that utilizes public-private partnerships for development. He also serves as CEO of Pyramid Pharma Ltd. and volunteers on the Board of Directors for Nafasi Art Space in Dar es Salaam. Prior to Pyramid, Mr. Okore served as the COO for GM Pharmacy Tanzania.
ANAEL SAMUEL,

Anael is the Chief Financial Officer of Songas, a large gas to power project in Tanzania. He has previously worked for Unilever, Tanga Cement and coal mining company, Intra Energy Tanzania. Anael holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Mathematics and Master of Business Administration (Finance), both from the University of Dar es Salaam.

Edwin is Founder and Managing Director of Infratech Limited, a company that  provides ICT and smart billing solutions to businesses and utilities. Edwin has over 19 years’ experience in networks management, operations, planning and rollout across the world. He holds engineering and MBA degrees from UK universities, and has a Diploma in Strategic Business Management from SIPU/Jarskog Institute, Sweden.
